Personal Assistant for the managing director

Job description:

Make sure the work cycle is going smoothly.
Make sure the company policy is applied.
Attending managerial meetings and taking notes.
Replying to the managing director e-mail address.
Acting as the link between the managing director and all the departments.
All the administrative related tasks.
